i think my pituitary is currently on strike (thanks to Min for establishing this body part which is responsible in producing endorphins and SY for establishing the substance itself)
wikipedia suggested a couple of things which can alleviate my mood:
The good feeling one gets from eating chocolate, smiling, laughing, sunbathing, being massaged, meditating, singing, listening to one’s favorite music, or having an orgasm is partially attributed to the release of endorphins
i have tried most of them and none have worked for the past couple of days or so (ed: let’s not speculate which ones of those i have attempted)
my last resort is badmintoning tomm nite. the so-called ‘runner’s high’ is what i need right now.
i’m stuck in a 100-word phase with my cursor continuously blinking.. waiting… this assignment is not hard at all. it’s just that i have no motivation in anything related to uni at this point of time. maybe 8 years has taken its toll… i need to get out of this cycle before someone gets hurt!
