it’s been a while since i last wrote. i find solace in keeping ideas sorted out in my head rather than blurting them as i used to. this is bad. not because i’m afraid of what might have been transcribed, but my goldfish memory is a good reason why i have to keep my blog alive.
for the past few months, i have caught up with people whom i thought i will never meet again (because i dont even know where they are). Mike was one of them. all thanks to FB - of course.
the next few weeks will be interesting. Yvette sent me a message yesterday about the crazy checkpoints in Srilanka just so she could meet with her UN supervisor. I replied that it’s no different here. Pretty much a police state with fences erected everywhere in the city. Driving is quite a nightmare but i wont even start. How i wish i could get out of town next week - bar the ’stupid’ CFA course.
i must stop being complacent. because this kinda feeling makes you lazy. sometimes, being relaxed could be a thing you used to justify. but i dont think that this should apply. but hey, you’re pretty much talking to a guy who thinks that sleep is a waste of time.
Hey dude! How have you been. Add me on facebook using my hotmail (you know it’s time to quit facebook when your mum asks to connect to you… hahahaha) Maybe catch you soon
