so, there are these myths proposed by Landeryou….. let me attempt to debunk them:

Myth #1: I am a heir to a multi-millionaire

Fact #1: Wrong. I am a heir to a multi-BILLIONAIRE. My net asset alone is worth $57b. This is not including that of my parents, siblings and extended families. The estimated family estate as of Dec 04 according to the Indonesian taxation office is $398b!! Obviously, Landeryou’s limited experience with million confused him with a much larger picture… It’s billion that we are playing with… not a petty million!

Myth #2: My daddy owns factories all over Indonesia

Fact #2: Actually, my daddy doesnt own factories all over Indonesia, only about 98% of Indonesia (the claim would have been true, if you include those in East Timor). He also owns factories all over the world (Australia included). My dad is expecting to open two more factories this year in Iraq and Sudan.

Myth #3: My daddy exploits his workers and pay not more than USD $10/week

Fact #3: This is a clear overstatement. My dad doesnt need to pay for all his workers. They all worship him like Godfather!! Total payment for all wages to date according to the return filed in the Indonesian Taxation Office: $0.00, Profit made: priceless.

Myth #4: I ocassionally bring tens of thousands dollars to Australia

Fact #4: Wrong again. I normally brings around USD$1b on each trip all in USD$10 notes, freshly minted from my dad’s factories. I wonder why the custom is so oblivious to this?

Myth #5: Tedy advocates marriage as a way to get Australian Citizenships

Fact #5: ‘advocating’ is again another understatement of the year. Not only i advocate, i actually profit from it. I own the “Access Australia Pty Ltd” which is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia. It has various subsidiaries in China, Indonesia, India, Vietnam and Thailand which also operate various dating services for lonely Australian men (divorced men and those who are abandoned by their wives makes up 75% of our total clients). To date, we have a yearly turnover of approximately 15,000 marriages, with 97% success rate. Access Australia Pty Ltd is thinking of opening branches in Baxter and Nauru. I am currently recruiting for Branch Managers for both sites. Would you like to apply? Send your resume to career@accessaustralia.com.au.

Myth #6: Tedy is a heir to the multi-million dollars McVeigh’s Liquidation Expense

Fact #6: Duh! Dont you get it… Foreman is 100% subsidiary of Access Australia Pty Ltd. Of course, i have 100% claim on its cash flows (past, present and future)!

get your facts right, will ya?

bring it on!

Finally i finished chapter 3… now im going to sleep….

but.. a quick look a quick check on Landeryou’s flickr account gave me this scanned document and many other pictures that are interesting (of me that is). Now i know what the ‘corrupt’ payment was all about and i shall respond to the allegations raised… This payment is a reimbursement for my Optus phone bill during my time as musu gensec.

As MUSU gensec, you are entitled to a laptop and a mobile phone (Yes i know… short of credit card that the President is entitled for). To both i declined politely, i dont see the need for a laptop since i have one myself (carrying two laptops are just so out) and i dont see the need for another mobile phone with a new number. Instead, i told them that i would like to have my phone bills reimbursed for work related calls…

So its not so ‘corrupt’ now hey??? And that reimbursement was listed as Sundry Expenses, because it is the nature of the payment (read people read!)… so whats the ‘payoff’ theory is all about….As far as getting it ‘ahead of the creditors’, you have to understand the concept of liquidation! These are ordinary expenses of the organisation which are recurring items, not so much of the ‘creditors’ like Marbain, Optima, BV Sachen, GTS Solutions, etc….. As you can also see from the scanned document, this reimbursement was made along with many other ordinary expenses…. so… stop sensationalising…. (oh.. and btw, you cant appoint liquidator, a court appoints one for you).. I maintained thus far that i have never spoken, met, seen McVeigh until i saw his pictures on Landeryou’s blog.

and with other allegation about my payment as gensec, i have returned all excess payment that was received after the court ruling on my appointment. you can contact Norman D’Souza, payroll officer of MUSU regarding my returning of this excess payment… i got a receipt for it, but i couldnt find it now (god, that was long time ago)… i asked for a receipt because i knew something like this will come up (good on you tedy, but now you lost it!).. but im sure you can check with MUSU Finance Department which can help you locate a specific accounting entry around that time. And i’ve been paid only for 20 hours a week, because i work for 20 hours a week. That’s what exec was appointing me for. In those time i was the acting gensec, i carried out all duties like a gensec will do, especially the day to day administration which had been neglected for so long! Did i get paid during the appointed period (roughly 1.5 months)? Yes i did. Did i get paid after the court’s ruling? No i didn’t (but because of the payroll system, i did get paid in excess, which i have returned in good faith!).

Next?

p/s oh btw, here is what he commented on an enlarged portion of that expense line items:

Proof from internal MUSU documents of payoffs to Tedy Gunawan.

And there’s more. So much more.

Tedy Gunawan is a little known international student with his allies from the Socialist Left masterminded the appointment of corrupt Liquidator Dean McVeigh.

Gunawan is an Indonesian national has refused to “confirm or deny” receiving payments from MUSU Liquidator Dean McVeigh after his appointment and ahead of paying 99% of MUSU’s vast pool of creditors.

Well, Dirty Tedy, confirm or deny the above extract from a list of dodgy payments made by McVeigh.

Tedy Gunawan’s father is a corrupt millionaire industrialist in Indonesia who owns factories throughout the country. Some of his employees are paid little more than $10 USD per week.

So why was Tedy Gunawan demanding $895.55 from Dean McVeigh. He hardly needs the money while exploiting all those Indonesian labourers.

Gunawan is seriously loaded and has frequently boasted of bringing in tens of thousands of dollars into Australia through Tullamarine Airport to use Tedy’s words “stuffed down my pants”. In Sunbury, the men of the town preferred socks, little Tedy seems to favour greenbacks.

It is worth noting that there is a limit of A$10,000 that one can bring into Australia. Tedy has little respect for Australian laws.

This lack of respect for Australian law by this Indonesian national extends apparently also to our immigration laws. On his website tedsta.com, Tedy Gunawan advocates sham marriages as a way of getting over what he sees (and the OC agrees) is Australia’s strict immigration laws. I’d rather change our laws, Tedy would like to corrupt the system with his sham marriages.

Andrew… you are just low… so low… the lowest form of life!

Also your assertion that various comments are coming from the one IP is unsupported by my technical analysis. Please explain.

hahaha…. this is the funniest joke i’ve heard this week. your technical analysis??? what kind of technical competence do you have?? didnt you realise that you are using a free blogspot service of blogger which is owned by Google. And by the by, if you dont know (im sure you know coz you are lying), there are no revealing of ip addresses in the comments… and dont even try answering it using your wicked little thoughts on net stat…. dude… seriously get a life! (dont ask me how i got the ip addresses of those comments, you wont understand…. this life is more complicated than you think it is)

and me being deported?? hehhe.. this is funny too! sure you like this kinda sensationalism…. being a former fugitive obviously teaches you skills for survival huh?? was it after your credit card was cancelled that you decided to return home?? or was it that the money tree in musu didnt give you anymore cash flows? or have you finished the $1m that you allegedly smuggled out of the country?? which one is it??? hmmmm……

and with regards to all the questions you have alleged in your post, by others through comments and those in my blog, i will be waiting till you have provided me with all the proof before i attempt to provide the answers…. i know how you guys work…

how many people have you smeared already??? are there anymore in your wanted list?? why dont bring them out all together…..

as for me… im already in your wanted list… why – i still dont know? i havent even met you before! was it because i allegedly stop your ‘money tree’??? or was it because the alleged ‘ scam’ that you and your cronies make on poor prospective international students???? you wont get far mate… once the indian, indonesian, chinese, malaysian, the whole asian governments know what you did to extort their citizens’ monies…. you will be on the Interpol list… even Australian govt will be more than happy to hand you over! i will be happy to see you exchanged with Corby!!!

so… come out.. i cant wait for all the evidences… or are u busy fabricating one now??? i thought you believe in the australian justice system (especially given your strong comment on Corby’s case)…. but why the sentiment that i got from your post made me believe that you have decided that i’m guilty? and yet there are no proof! so are you being a hypocrite now?? which one do you believe? innocent until proven guilty or guilty until proven innocent?

or are you being racist now?? you believe that ‘non-white’ must be guilty until proven innocent, but for ‘white ‘, innocent until proven guilty is a basic human right??? make up your mind dude!

so i say to you mr landeryou…

bring it on!

Andrew Landeryou of The Other Cheek posted this response on my blog. While I’m under no obligation whatsoever to respond, i thought this response would be appropriate given the circumstance on how the question was raised at the first instance:

I am aware of payments made to you and your associates and your advisers paid by Mr Dean McVeigh from MUSU funds following his appointment as Liquidator.

Do you have any comment to make in relation to these payments? Do you deny receiving payments ahead of MUSU creditors? If you don’t deny receiving such payments, how do you justify accepting such monies?

Would you provide me with the proof of those alleged payments so that i can recall correctly before responding to what kind of payments you are alleging at the first place. I do not want to confirm nor deny receiving the ‘alleged payments’ until you have indicated clearly the nature of the ‘alleged payments’.

With regards to your question about ‘my associates’ and ‘my advisers’, would you be kind enough to name the individuals you are referring to as ‘my associates’ and ‘my advisers’?

I am also advised you discuss the practice of marriage for the corrupt purpose of obtaining benefit under Australian immigration law. Do you have any comment to make on that?

No I don’t have any comment, and it’s none of your business. I am already a permanent resident of Australia and I lawfully obtained that permanent residency through independent skilled migration program.

I know what you are trying to do here. Character assasination. Unfortunately, you got the wrong person. So i suggest you should allocate your resources in building a better defense case than ‘hunting’ for others.

Here is the full comment:

Dear Mr Tedy Gunawan,

The Other Cheek is conducting an investigation into the integrity or lack thereof of the MUSU Liquidation, particularly the propriety of the Liquidator, Dean Royston McVeigh.

I am aware of payments made to you and your associates and your advisers paid by Mr Dean McVeigh from MUSU funds following his appointment as Liquidator.

Before I publish my findings in relation to this, in the interests of telling the wholy story, I believe it appropriate to seek your response.

Do you have any comment to make in relation to these payments? Do you deny receiving payments ahead of MUSU creditors? If you don’t deny receiving such payments, how do you justify accepting such monies?

I am also advised you discuss the practice of marriage for the corrupt purpose of obtaining benefit under Australian immigration law. Do you have any comment to make on that?

Yours sincerely

Andrew Landeryou

PS I can be contacted anytime on 0415 99 33 26

PPS I would also like to arrange a photograph for my web publication The Other Cheek, please let me know a convenient time and I will arrange

when i couldnt sleep, this is my avenue.
i have been trying to sleep for the past three hours or so.. but my mind is too active…so blogging is what i resort to (apart from googling offshore outsourcing with a million results)…..

i guess i have been surfing google….adrian told me that he has been surfing ebay.. you see, in my honest opinion, you search google or ebay.. but you dont browse them… because when you resort to browsing them, you have serious addiction problem with the internet..

anyway… back to blog…. Marc has shut down his. I might be thinking of doing the same…the blog i used to think i would like to have would be free of my opinions… unfortunately, they can be misinterpreted in so many ways… and the cost of fixing them is too expensive….

farrago (melb uni’s student magazine) has quoted my blog once especially when i have been covering a lot about the musu scandal last year… some bad blood.. especially from the scum libs are still regular visitors… they think they can fish out information…

the only thing is.. how best to part with your blog…. sometimes, reading the entry that i made last year made me think twice about shuttin down the blog…afterall, when i blog, is when i want to share my thoughts with people…. regardless of the consequences….

adrian has recently restarted his own blog… adrianwong.org is his new domain name….i know tedywong.com or tedywong.org is still available… should i acquire?? haha.. that would just throw all the AC people off their seats…

anyway… i think i have mentioned somewhere in my hundreds of posting, that i hate hypocrite…so if you think you are…shut the f$%$ up!

The former Acting CEO of MUSU, Mr Graham Cornish passed away last night. Graham fell ill for several days before admitted to the Intensive Care Unit last Friday.

Graham Cornish was an honest man and had been serving MUSU for most of his careers. The recent scandal in MUSU and all the fights that people have put would be nothing without his involvement. During those troubled times, he was the only one who was calm enough to handle the situation very well and was able to think rationally…

I personally was honoured to have met this great man in my life time. My prayer is with his wife and family at this times.

If you could hear me Graham, I just want to thank you for all the times you have to put up with me and all the guidance you have given to me so far. You will always be remembered. This world has just lost a good and honest man. I hope you will be able to rest in His side and I am sure that your efforts and deeds in life will not be forgotten!

Rest in Peace.

Earlier today, Scott Crawford has been dismissed from his position as President of MUSU 2004 (or shall i say, Purported President) by the Liquidator. The remaining office bearers will still be able to hold their positions and still receiving their pays.

Scott has ’survived’ the challenge in his 2003 presidency when a Student General Meeting was stopped through a court injunction with him as the applicant. The injuction is sought based on ‘technicalities’, instead of 21 days notice as required by the Act, notice was short of one day. Today, there is no more technicalities. The Liquidator, appointed by the court whom agreed of the ‘dysfunctional nature’ of the organisation, believes that it is best for him to go. It’s time to go: Scott Crawford! You are the weakest link!

About 30 minutes ago, the Supreme Court ordered that MUSU to be wound up based on 2 grounds: (1) it is just and equitable and (2) financial solvency. The liquidation scenario will be based under the s34 of the Association Incorporation Act 1981 and to the extends of the Corporation Acts (Commonwealth). The Liquidator would be the same as the Provisional Liquidator. The University stated that ‘..it has no choice but to support the application of Ms Lim..”, basing its conclusion from variety of reports including Ernst and Young, as well as the Provisional Liquidator report as at 31st January 2004.

So, what now. There are many things that could happen if an organisation is under liquidation scenario. It could trade back normally and come out of liquidation scenario. Otherwise, we are looking at a new student association.

Either way, the students at the the University should feel glad (despite mixed reactions) that finally students interests are taken care of, at least for now. If a new association to be set up, it would be ideal for the University in engaging a wide variety of students organisations (political or otherwise), to ensure that students interests are first and foremost!

In the mean time, im not sure what those Purported Office Bearers gonna do now. To be honest, i dont care. Because they dont care about students either. It is as simple as it is.
